Le pichet rustique

This old, rustic, thickly glazed jug has stood the test of time and has only become more beautiful. It was once used for milk or wine on the table. This type of pottery was widely produced in the Limousin region, and the brown color was especially popular because it showed dirt less easily and fit well in the old wooden kitchens. It makes a beautiful addition to your kitchen or as a vase with a bunch of freshly picked flowers.

The jug is 14cm high.
