Shipping policy

From France with love...

We ship from France, with love and a focus on sustainability. Your order will be carefully packaged, usually in recycled or reused packaging materials. Distances in France are slightly longer, and the post office isn't exactly close by. That's why we ship orders twice a week. Depending on when you place your order, it may take a little longer for your package to arrive. In a hurry? Let us know, and we'll find a solution to get it delivered a little faster. Delivery times vary between 5–7 business days, depending on your location. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders over €125 within the EU. Standard shipping costs apply for orders below this amount. These are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. You'll see the available shipping options and associated costs during checkout. We partner with reliable carriers like La Poste, Mondial Relay, and international partners to deliver your order safely and quickly.

Ordering outside the EU? We currently only ship within Europe. For shipments outside Europe (such as the US or Canada), please contact us at bonjour@lefrenchfinds.com and we'll discuss the options. Please note that in addition to shipping costs, other costs may apply, such as customs duties or import taxes. These costs are your responsibility. Therefore, it's a good idea to check this in advance.

That's why we package your order with care, using recycled or reused materials whenever possible. The box, bubble wrap, or packing material may have seen a previous adventure.
