Refund policy
At Le French Finds, we collect unique finds. Each item is carefully selected, and often only one is available. This makes our collection special, but it also means we limit returns. We understand that it can be difficult to evaluate an item remotely. Ideally, you'd like to take your time at home to see if the purchased item suits you—or your home. We do not accept returns for our delicate finds, such as tableware, pottery, and other breakable items. We do accept returns for textiles, such as jackets, tablecloths, or napkins. Not sure? Please note: each item is unique and has a history. The Le French Finds collection consists of carefully selected vintage and antique finds. Signs of use, age, or imperfections are part of the character and authenticity. This is part of the charm of Le French Finds, making each item one-of-a-kind.
Returns Policy: For items that can be returned, we have a 14-day returns policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to return it, provided it is in its original condition.
Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it. The original tags, stickers, or packaging should be included, if possible. Return shipping is at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part.
Refund: Once we have received, inspected, and approved your return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of incorrect delivery). Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund. Please contact us at bonjour@lefrenchfinds.com if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
Return Registration: To initiate a return, send an email to bonjour@lefrenchfinds.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo (if damaged). We will send you further instructions for the return address in France.
Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage or problems upon receipt: We carefully inspect every item before shipping. If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Send an email to bonjour@lefrenchfinds.com with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and one or more photos of the damage. We will then work with you to find the best solution.
Please note: our collection consists of vintage and antique finds. Traces of age or use are inherent to the item's character and are not considered damage.
