Terms of Service – Le French Finds
Welcome to Le French Finds! By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully, as we value clarity.
1. Products & Description
We sell unique, hand-selected vintage and antique finds. All items are found in France, have their own history, and have often been cherished for decades. This means that traces of use, slight aging, or imperfections are possible. These contribute to the charm and character of each piece, making each item one-of-a-kind.
We strive for clear descriptions and photos, but colors and details may vary slightly. Unsure about an item? Feel free to contact us before ordering.
2. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. You can pay securely through our payment partners, including Shopify Payments, iDEAL, credit card, and more.
Your order will only be processed after payment has been received.
3. Shipping
We ship from France, with love and a focus on sustainability. Your order will be carefully packaged, usually in recycled or reused packaging materials.
Distances in France are slightly longer, and the post office is not close by. Therefore, we ship orders twice a week. Depending on when you place your order, it may take a little longer for your package to arrive. In a hurry? Let us know, and we'll find a solution to get it delivered faster. Delivery times vary between 5–7 business days, depending on your location. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services.
4. Returns
You can return your order within 14 days, provided the item is in its original condition. See our full Returns Policy for all details.
Return costs are your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or due to an error on our part.
5. Damage or Issues
Did your item arrive damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours at bonjour@lefrenchfinds.com. Include your order number and photos so we can assist you properly.
Please note: Our collection consists of vintage and antique finds. Signs of age or use are inherent to the item's character and are not considered damage.
