Le little picket

Oh, this old Alsaciennes jug from the early 19th century is truly one of my favorites. The hand-painted floral motifs, the colors, the signs of wear, and that thick glaze. At 15 cm, it's not a particularly large one, but it looks beautiful on the table as a water jug, a vase with a freshly picked bouquet, or just beautiful on its own.
