Le salad basket

This old metal basket was originally used for salads, but it's actually perfect for storing eggs, and we have one in our kitchen for that purpose. So, for convenience, we'll simply call it Le panier d'oeufs from now on.

The basket, including the handle, is 30 cm high and 25 cm wide. It was once blue, but now only a faint glow remains.
