Le mouchoir

Le mouchoir, or handkerchief. You can, of course, blow your nose in it very stylishly, but we prefer to wear them as a scarf around our neck. This checked piece, made of nice, heavy cotton in faded brown, mint, and orange hues, features a green, hand-embroidered initial that can be interpreted in several ways (L? C? D?).
