Le blue de travail

The blue de travail jacket is a classic French work jacket, primarily worn by farmers and artisans. It literally means "work blue" and refers to the deep blue color (indigo or cobalt). The jacket has become a true fashion classic. Made of sturdy cotton, it has a straight fit, buttons, and pockets. Simple, yet full of character, and the older it gets, the more beautiful it becomes. This indigo blue jacket from Le Mont Carmel, probably from the late 1970s, is unused, which is a rarity in itself. The matching straight trousers with button closures and side pockets are included.
